NSS Activities 2024-25

The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Fabtech College of Pharmacy, established on 10th August 2023 under DBATU University, functions under the Principal Dr. S. K. Bais as Chairman with NSS program officer Prof. N. S. Dhavare and NSS Programme Coordinator Prof. S. T. Mane and 50 B. Pharm student volunteers. It trains students in social responsibility and nation-building while observing important national and international days such as Yoga Day, Voters’ Day, Environment Day, and Women’s Day. The unit actively participates in initiatives like tree plantation, Swachh Bharat, blood donation, voter awareness, and water literacy, while also organizing rallies on drug abuse, alcoholism, AIDS, and mental health. By adopting local communities and assisting government surveys, NSS volunteers contribute to sanitation awareness and rural development. The objective of the NSS is the “development of the personality of students through community service”.
